Anti-litter Task Force

Maui County Mayor Alan Arakawa recently formed an Anti-litter Task Force to develop plans to combat littering in the county. I read about it in the Maui County "High Street Journal" March 2006 issue (see p. 2). I attended some of their meetings as a way to get experience with the dialogue mapping software tool, Compendium, in a live setting.
